They're not bad people and were very nice. I went here for an oil change and then to a different shop for tires the next day. Found out my oil drain plug was loose. Luckily nothing bad happened but to the employees, please tighten everything up to spec. I wasn't dripping oil when I left so I had no idea. But the other shop said if I was to drive down a dirt road it would've became loose and my oil would've spilled out. Thankfully that didn't happen though. Oil change is fast. I guess. Thats about where the convenience and satisfaction stops. Asked during an oil change about a tire rotation and was told to make an appointment. Called to make an appointment and was told to just drive up. Drove up at 8:00 am and was told I should have called to schedule. Asked about scheduling later in the afternoon and was told I could come back in an hour despite saying I already wouldn't be available then. Horrible customer service and communication-among staff too apparently. I dont know why ... read more
