Very unprofessional - make you fill out 3 page form instead of doing it with you over the phone, the agents won’t even answer the phone. I told the First Lady I spoke to told the broker I needed it done for closing. They strung me along to tell me they couldn’t meet the deadline and completely screwed me.
Fantastic customer service
Susan is the best! I have had a working relationship with Susan for more than 25yrs as my insurance broker. She is efficient, professional, capable, and extremely friendly. I love working with her. Recently I encountered some obstacles when trying to make a change to the card on record for payment of my policy. First, I was directed to call my provider directly to make the change. No luck.
