Our business has used Westland Insurance for our Garage Auto Policy for four years now. Adam has always gone above and beyond to ensure that we have the proper insurance without being gouged by pricing. Westland Insurance has been so great that we are working to move all of our insurance policies over to them.
Heather has been my broker for many years and has always gone above an beyond to help and answer questions. Heather is always calm and knowledgeable even when I have lost my temper she is the best broker in town. unfortunately the company has decided to hand over account to new brokers who have no idea what they are doing have cost me more than $2000 in overpayments in 2 months and leaving me unable to contact my supposed broker. quality has hit rock bottom no customer service at all. i would suggest going with another broke... read more
