When I reached out in March of this year to arrange pruning at my home, I was told that Nate was no longer with the company and instead was paired with Steven Kitchens for this work. I found Steven to be very unresponsive with poor follow-up when it came to scheduling me. He visited my home in March to assess the landscaping requiring pruning but I didn't receive an estimate for the work until the end of June (more than 3 months later). This company is hired by the property management at my work. Their landscaping team hit my vehicle in June with their leaf blowers. I have reached out to the company with video evidence showing their team not only hitting my car, but then also looking at the damage and then shrugging and walking off. I have spoken with Beth the receptionist who was supposed to have 'the owners' call me back, but no call. I have also exchanged emails, calls, and texts with Steven, a manager. I regret to say that my experience with Hutcheson Horticultural Co, has been less than satisfactory. Despite their initial promise to address the damage caused to my downspout, they have failed to follow through. Not only did they delay the necessary repairs, but they are now requesting additional authorization from the HOA after already committing to the repair.
