I went to Hutcheson as someone buying a car on their own for the first time. I always had my husband to do that. He passed away in April and I needed to get out from under the steep truck payment I currently had, and pay cash for something more affordable. I couldn’t have asked for a better car buying experience. From the test drive to the final sale they were able to accommodate any issue. I was sick the week I bought my car and they sent all the paperwork to my email and I signed everything there. They even delivered the car to my house. Tristan, Matt and Drew answered every possible question I had and even a few more. I am so thankful we have a dealership like Hutcheson Ford in our area.

One of the best dealers to purchase a vehicle. The sales team and staff are super awesome, I got an amazing deal for my old truck in a trade in (higher value than KBB). The entire process of applying for a loan, and documentation were taken care of in less than an hour's time and I was able to drive home with a new truck!! I’ve had mixed experiences with Hutcheson. When it comes to vehicle service, I’ve always been impressed the staff is respectful, friendly, and they usually get me in and out in a timely manner. They really make you feel at home, and I’ve had nearly every vehicle I’ve owned serviced here with no complaints. However, when it comes to purchasing a vehicle, I can’t say the same. The sales transaction, my 4th with Hutcheson Ford, was businesslike with a deal satisfactory to both parties. Tristan and Drew made the process easy and painless. However, within the first week I experienced a transmission fluid leak rendering the Transit van out of service. When asked for a loner vehicle It was denied due to lack of same.
