I’ve had nothing but a great experience them. I’ve went to them for two totaled cars and a couple of miscellaneous quick fixes. They are always fun to have a quick chat with and swap a couple of stories while waiting on paperwork. Definitely recommend them for any work needed.
My previous experience was great. The lady doing my estimate and coordinating the work was exceptional. Today, the male who does estimates was to be busy to step ten feet out of his office to even inquire. The receptionist did look through the shaded window at my vehicle to ask if that was the damage on the rear by the gas cap. Apparently, they are also unable to do estimates if it's raining.
