Horrible experience during closing. Attorney was being a comedian the entire time but low key throwing cheap shots. Never have I ever experienced unprofessionalism. Utterly disgusted.
This law firm is highly incompetent. We closed on our house and they 'snail mailed' our closing documents to the POA firm. 8 days later the POA still hadn't received the documents. I received the documents electronically the next day. This caused a delay in setting up access to facilities that I had already paid for. Next, I needed a 'Certificate of Occupancy,' which I was told was needed to close on the house.
