I rarely leave reviews, but this experience was too frustrating to ignore. The customer service at this company is absolutely terrible — calls and emails went unanswered for weeks and months, and when someone finally did respond, they were unhelpful. As for the fence itself, the materials used are clearly not quality and already showing signs of wear just a few months after installation. I regret choosing this company as it cost me an additional $1000 to hire another company to install a brand new gate. I would not recommend... read more
I absolutely loved working with Mike & Bridget as well as their crew. They previously had built us a front porch and did a rock pathway . So there was no question who we wanted to do our current project. Our 2nd floor stairway needed to be totally replaced . Of course There were plenty of surprises considering it is an older home.They were great about keeping open lines of communication and updating us during the whole process. They are the BEST!!! They replaced my siding, front big window, and my beautiful fence!!! Mike, Bridget, and crew were efficient and fun to be around!! They will be the only ones i call for future projects! I am so happy with all of my updates from them!
Great company who cares about the work they do! Bridget was awesome to work with regarding the permit and any and all questions we had. Mike and his crew were all very polite, hardworking men! My shadowbox fence is beautiful and clearly very well built. They go above and beyond - even custom building your gates on site. I highly recommend this company!
