The phone service was excellent, but the rest was a desaster. The address we had to come was not right, on the house where we should come was no sign, the concierge did not know any thing. After phoning a person was coming out without any sign that he is from the right company. When returning with the test we had to phone again. We paid for the in house service, but there was no inhouse.
Never received my kit, I paid but never received my kit for Day2 and Day8 ...been trying to get a refund but they never reply.. It's shame they're recommended on Gov's website but they don't honour their customers.

Same. I paid for a kit and supposly they would send me an email with my appointment. I received the mail with the day I have to attend but I asked them for the time. No reply at all and they don't attend the phone
