Had a great experience with Huston Hyundai at Kingaroy. Nikki looked after us really well. Patient and attentive. Took the time to help us older people with all the new tech on our car before we drove away with our vehicle. Also mention Evan and Dean were very cheerful in helping with other bits and pieces and insurance.
Poor customer service. Did a test drive and interested in buying car. No paperwork on car with specifics to look over. Given his card and number only. Went to Ken Mills who were very helpful and spent $30,000 there. Hoston need to train their dealers or replace.
Jeez, rang up to ask a simple question coz i was afraid i mighta been not doing something extra in regards to taking out a parking globe(which you can get to, JUST!) and was following the owners and repair manuals information before ringing these guys, just incase there was a trick coz it wouldn't come out and it seemed there was like a lip on the opposite side of the bulb holder that was halting the process. The service desk lady went to ask the "mechanics?" and they said from memory you got to take the whole headlight out ... read more
