Our daughter and son-in-law had a wonderful experience with Sara throughout the whole process of buying their first home, and therefore we chose to have her work with us in selling our condo. Sara was amazing to work with and kept in close communication with us. She was friendly, gave advice, and always had time to talk through our concerns and questions. Amazing realtor 10/10 . Cheryl is the real deal and she will go to bat for you. I couldn’t have sold my house without her . She helped negotiate full asking and I couldn’t be happier . She does a great job with communicating once your house is in contract . Don’t use a sleepy realtor . Use A realtor that Doesn’t sleep like Cheryl! Buying or selling, she is unbeatable!!!
