Great folks and service - On Division St. Not so much The Valley Store. UPDATE: Since Scot took over, The Valley Store is fine - Good Service.
Had an appointment booked for me and my husband today (spoke to a man at Huston Hearing yesterday who confirmed our appointment for 2.30pm today). Showed up and the building was locked and no one answered the door. Waited 15 minutes for someone to show up and left 2 voicesmails at 2 separate numbers. No response as of yet. Very disappointing as we'd gone out of our to get to this appointment.
Just received my Beltone hearing aids from Scott. He was very explanatory and made sure I was comfortable with operation and maintenance before I left. My recent follow-up was also great as I had several questions which Scott clearly answered. I can't say enough as to how good Scott is at patient care.
Steve Williams really knows his stuff. I have been to him to get a fix to my hearing problem for about 5 years and will continue visiting him as technology keeps getting better.
