Prices on a half decent 4X4 is incredibly expensive.I must have had my head in the sand when prices got so exy. Not your fault beautiful motors immaculately presented.
I can't speak highly enough of the Service Division. Having rung a larger Ford dealership and getting absolutely nowhere for 2 months, We live 2 hours away from both dealers. I rang Hustons Kingaroy regarding the problem with the tyre pressure alarm light, which would not go off. What a difference in attitude! The gentleman on the phone was very helpful and arranged for me to take the vehicle over. The problem was solved quickly and efficiently, and I wasn't charged. OMG , this would have to be one of the best customer service ever. My Husband and I are travelling around Australia when we started to have issues with our 6 mth old Sport Everest. We called all the dealer ships with in a 2 hour radius of where we are for help. At the time no one could fit us in as it was just prior to Xmas, however most tried to help us over the phone. Rang up about some spare parts for my 2017 Ranger, Connor in the parts department was very rude and put me off going anywhere near the dealership. I cross referenced prices between dealerships and the were 22% more expensive shipping costs included. Don’t waste your time or money here.
