I started a little over a year ago , 52, hormonal, at rock bottom. I needed guidance, someone to tell me what to do and support me when I was not feeling confident. HH holds me accountable but not in a pushy way, more of a ‘you got this’ way. It has been life changing for me, I’ve lost weight, built muscle and most importantly I’m in a much better head space. I look forward to going and I’m getting results and building confidence. Couldn’t recommend this place more. 1000 stars!
