I was introduced to the gym’s owner Chris just before the pandemic began. My previous personal trainer had just moved to California, and I was looking for a new personal trainer and something that fit in my budget. Chris won me over with his personality and genuine enthusiasm and generosity. The gym itself further won me over as I met other trainers and members.
