Very expensive - expect to pay 20-30$ a class, and buy extra credits on top of that for sauna use and Pilates classes. Plus, they have an extremely strict late policy that makes being a member even more expensive and intense. I wish there was an alternative option uptown, I would jump ship pretty quickly if there was.

Let my classes expire and lost money because I didn't want to go back. Receptionist at the time was rude and I found the staff to be rude and judgmental. Didn't have a welcoming feel. Also had a bad experience with being on the cancelation list. Called me about 30 minutes prior. I accepted not realizing how far it was from my new place. Called back 6 minutes later said no way Id make it and she docked me a credit. Not great customer service.
