They don’t give a crap about their customers’ safety during extreme weather events (snow+freezing rain) and won’t let you have your pre-paid credit back if you can’t make it in. The staff member on the phone had the nerve to say, “Well, I made it in…” Clearly these owners prioritize their bottom line over ensuring clients feel safe during some of the most dangerous driving conditions of the year.
