Could have been cool, but I was denied entry for being 2 minutes late to the class I was signed up for. I was signed up as a guest to attend my first class here with a friend. I can’t recall being notified that they have a policy stating you need to be at least 5 minutes early to be admitted to the class. I was caught in bad traffic on my way to the class, and had I known of this late policy I would have turned around instead of wasting my time driving all the way there only to be turned away. Such a lovely studio in Waterloo with all different types of classes. I took an intermediate level reformer class with Lorena and she was a great instructor. The class was so good and I will definitely be back again, as well as to try other classes. The space is nice with lots of space for gathering in the lobby. Front desk staff are also very knowledgeable and friendly, going above and beyond to make you feel welcome. I highly recommend trying the classes at hustl + flow and you won’t be disappointed!!
