Mr. Hussong deserves praise for his expertise as fine painter and skill as handyman and estimator. The ratings went down because of his painting partner's (and wife) practices, such as taking shortcuts on details, or doing them superficially, or leaving details that make a difference incomplete, or sloppy paint lines, or hardened paint drops...
