I sell and install kozy, let me tell you this company and their products are amazing! I have one in my house as the best testimonial heats the whole living space!
I have the Kozy Heat Jordan Model #JOR-345 Direct Vent Gas Fireplace Insert. This must be the worst model you have ever manufactured. I have had nothing but trouble with it since the day it was installed! I’m constantly calling for service to get it going if it gets shut off or if the batteries go dead in the remote and have to be replaced. The pilot will come on and then disappear and the remote is set to CPI. So frustrating!
Recently installed the Bellingham. Not much flame for the size of fireplace but it does put out the heat
