My husband is a patient of Dr. Hussain's and for two weeks, I am calling Dr. Hussain's office to confirm the appointment date for my husband’s upcoming appointment. I have left voice messages each time I called. My call was not returned by anyone from the doctor's office. It's really annoying.
Always willing to discuss my case and is willing to offer advice! Listens to my questions and offers solutions that are helpful...he and his staff are concerned about my total health not just my kidney issues.
He’s more concerned with his status than he is with his patients health. I went in to have a piece of metal removed from my hand. He had every tech at his disposal and it still took an hour. Then, when I was done, he recommended Motrin! Does Motrin still exists?! “Hey, I cut up your hand.. to the bone. Here’s a Crystal Pepsi.” If an ER Doctor can’t call in a prescription, is he actually a doctor or just an on staff handyman.
He saw my mother in law at Texas Health hospital in Denton. The nurses at the hospital said he would call us to discuss her condition, over two weeks none of the family members heard from him by phone or at the hospital. He is not good with elder patients and does not communicate with the family or we requested through the nurses he contact the family.
