I bought a couple of ovens last year as Christmas presents and was very happy with the quality. However, this year when I am looking to order some cones, I am surprised to see that I would have to pay $18 shipping for a $17 order, even though I live on Vancouver Island, about 2 hours away from the store. What a joke

The folks at Huss are friendly and polite. I've visited them early at the Vancouver Christmas Market and I've also visited them at their main office. Of all the cone incense companies out there, Huss is my favourite. We are lucky to have this brand represented in North America. Do not hesitate to purchase from them. The incense burners, of which I have many, are built by hand and will last a life time! I finally got my hands on the 1k Train and I couldn't be happier! Vielen dank Huss!
