Had a horrible experience with this gentleman. I give him two stars since he was pretty kind and responsive to calls (which is rare nowadays). But, 1 day before closing he told me the mortgage agreement wasn't going to be approved. I'm a first time home buyer and wasn't aware of this, but apparently he should have at least been able to tell me this 3 days prior because the closing disclosure had to be sent to me 3 days before closing legally for this transaction to go through.
