There are pros and cons to every complex and home, but I couldn't be happier with the Husman House. The views, community, pool, convenience to downtown and overall location to surrounding neighborhoods are just a few things that make it great. The HOAs may seem a bit high, however they're actually reasonable compared to other complexes with river views in East Walnut/nearby neighborhoods. In addition, the units are quite large with an oddly ridiculous (in a good way) amount of closet space, which I for sure don't complain ab... read more
