I work for a distributor of Husky and Wire products. I had a customer come and request a custom order for a partition cage. I received a very quick response and a drawing the day I submitted the request to Husky from Summer. She was very helpful to make sure all the dimensions and parts were correct and to make sure that both our companies could meet the needs of our customer.
