Definitely not happy. They are always having issues with the automatic car wash. There are times it was broken down for two weeks and wouldn’t give me a refund since I couldn’t wash my vehicle’s. Eighth now it’s not working again and it’s been down for days. This is pathetic when you pay so much for two vehicles monthly to get washed. Not happy. I’m going back to Holiday car wash. Thought it would be nice since I live over here but not worth my time or money:
Machine stole my money with no wash, no response from management. Unacceptable
