The fence is great but the latch really falls short. My fence was installed in 2012 and the lockable latch w external lock was difficult to open and close. It took several tries to push and eventually bang the button till it opened. Then closing it was not happening unless you held the button on the inside that raised the latch on the outside. RecommendedI recently weedwacked my entire back yard and the weeds splattered all over my nice vinyl fence panels. I went to pressure wash off all the mud and grass stains and realized that in only 3 or 4 hours, they had basically stained the fence. No amount of pressure washing helped. I tried dish soap and elbow grease and that didn't help either. It got late, so I called it a night.
