One thing I looked for when I chose someone to look after my hair six years ago was hair expertise and knowledge. I have difficult hair and have had less than great experiences in the past. I recently had a perm by Ida-Marie. I haven’t had a perm in about 30years. I’ve been wanting one for quite some time. During a haircut I asked her about it because I read on their site that they offer perms using a newer gentler approach. The newer perm solutions are gentler, odourless, and produce a more natural softer curl. I didn’t realize that technology had changed with perms because the traditional solutions were so harsh.
