Horrible service, I asked of light to dark purple mentioned I can't have rinse or a mask has to be dye.payed $500 to wake up the next morning to have vomit green hair and loss of hair and I rang then went there and they out right said it my own doing like hello how. They need to take responsibility and shut down they are all horrible and think they know best and everything when they know nothing about hairdressing
Terrible Customer service, contacted salon via Easy Weddings in late May and then sent follow up, as I had heard nothing, even though I was told on Easy Weddings to expect a reply within 24 hours. Still have heard nothing, not even a reply to say we are not available. Not a good look for a business new to Easy Weddings
