I had a chemical peel in December-2025. I paid $3000.00 and I was told “don’t worry, you gonna look amazing. 50% of your scars will be gone” by Dr Rose. I trusted Dr Rose, she spoke to me confidently and reassured me. I’m a person of colour. Words can’t explain how painfully it was. The hand held AC was not working and my face was screaming in pain and heat. I was given a tiny pink plastic hand held fan. It did absolutely nothing. The hydrafacial was exactly what my post winter skin needed. My skin was cleaned and felt refreshed and hydrated. Kira has an amazing way of making the whole experience relaxing with and most incredible head massage while I was laying with my red light mask on. Thank you Hush!

Booked a consultation online two days in advance but the day before my consultation I was in a car accident. They were calling me to confirm my appointment a day beforehand and I NEVER confirmed the appointment because I was in hospital, so they charged me just over $100 and when I tried to explain they were not very empathetic. Had to open a case with my bank.
