This place is fantastic—a hidden gem in downtown Bryan! Their drinks are very original and taste amazing. Cocktails range from $10 to $20 each. The atmosphere is cozy, making it perfect for both casual outings and special occasions. I’d recommend sitting on the second floor for a more private and comfortable experience. The only thing I’d love to see is some soft background music to enhance the ambiance.
My son and I did a tasting yesterday and it was an awesome experience. Bobby did a great job presenting and explaining the samples. One of the founders took us to the back room to show the distillery and sign one of the barrels. Can't wait until that is ready to try. We plan on going back for my son's birthday when their bourbon is ready.
Alex and Joey are beyond amazing. I've never seen someone make such amazing custom/craft cocktails so quick. The fact that they can tell you do much about them while making them high quality at a fast pace is amazing. I'll never forget the first time I went. Got a cocktail that was good but not great. Great experience from the tour. Daniel is welcoming and chill. It’s not easy to find white whiskey fresh from distillery in the market. They sure got less flavors and not sophisticated but it’s very interesting to taste at least once.
I absolutely LOVE this place. The bar staff are so incredibly nice and talented (especially the manager), the atmosphere is great (one of the best places in Bryan/College Station), and their drinks are excellent. As for their spirits, their gin is AMAZING. I am *not* a gin drinker, but I love Hush and Whisper gin.
