I called and scheduled an estimate. They did not show the first time and did not call to follow up or let me know. I had to call an hour later and they said they could not make it at that time. I rescheduled again and again the second time, they did not show and I never received a call saying they could not make it. Very unprofessional.
I called two days in a row leaving a voicemail asking for a return call about a service job. Day three I called again but this time someone answered. I explained I lived in Fenton & wondered if they considered what I was calling about a service call. I told her I had injured my shoulder but needed batteries replaced in 5 rooms of my home with vaulted ceilings because one was chirping. She said yes, it was $45 for the service call plus $61 for the first hour & $61 an hour there after. (I was supplying the batteries). I was tr... read more
