I wasn't sure what to expect when we came to this remote ER, but the experience truly exceeded my expectations. What stood out most was not the facility or the equipment, but the people. The quality of care came from the professionalism, knowledge, and genuine compassion of the staff. Dr. Mogri was outstanding. He took the time to listen, explained everything thoroughly, and made sure we fully understood what was happening and what the plan was. I have seen Dr. Mogri a few times now and can honestly say that he is one of the few doctors that I have seen that I truly trust with my health and wellbeing. I find him to be polite, kind and he immediately puts me at ease. I ask alot of questions and he never once has ever acted like my questions are annoying him. I would recommend to anyone who is looking for a thoughtful and thorough doctor!
This so called doctor was supposed to come check in on me at the HCA hospital in Tomball. I never even saw him once. All I got done was x-rays and never even received the results. When I got home, I logged into the HCA app and saw his name on the X-rays results that were posted on the app. This person should not be a doctor. The nurse asked him 3 times to come check on me, and he never showed up. When I was walking out the nurse signal him that I was leaving and he shrugged his shoulders like he didn't care.
I am sorry to say my experience was not satisfactory at all
