Never met anyone from the firm that represented my case. I was never kept up-to-date on any proceedings. Calls were not answered only emails after multiple attempts. Was never upfront with the percentage that they would take from my settlement. Then when I did receive my settlement, they even knew how to weasel out an extra $175. If you’re looking for a law firm that is impersonal, doesn’t know who you are except for a name on a sheet of paper and knows how to take their cut at the end, be my guest otherwise look elsewhere.
