Hurtt Homes indeed! Unbeknownst to the property owners, Hurtt Homes has been adding fraudulent charges to my rent. She has repeatedly charged me $50-$150 for "late charges" when I pay on the 7th of the month. The signed lease clearly states rent is late after the 15th. She even has her own "ap" in which you MUST pay the amount she sets. Avoid at all costs. Landlords, please seek professional services with professionals who are certified property managers. Hurtt Homes will leave you just that!
