They changed my schedule 3 times So i had to wait 3 months for health care appointment. Some reschedule appointments they díd not called me so i had to loss my work payments , then i came and received just word " sorry".
This girl named Kalani or I don't know if I spelled it, she called my mother (I'm 31 years old btw). Kalani really breached a patient's confidentiality by talking about medical notes to other people. That's not a way to treat disabled or deaf people as equal or as an adults, you called up my mother who's an emergency contact to give them my own personal medical notes without informing me first. I called in today. I have Laryngitis. My throat hurts and I just wanted to see a doctor. They told me that they were booked out for over a months. So don't even think your Dr appointment will be anytime soon. Good luck. This place is the prime example of bad healthcare.

Absolutely the worst clinic i have been to . Arrived to my newborns appointment just to find out it was cancelled since the practitioner called out and i was not notified. Asked if anyone else can see my daughter since i had already waited 2 weeks for my daughter to be seen since she’s a newborn . The receptionist doesn’t know how to communicate and they didn’t accommodate for there mistake . She said someone called me at 8 am to let me know that my appointment was canceled and i showed her my call log that i didn’t receive ... read more
