I overlooked the star rating when I wrote my review. It should have been 1 star. Too bad they don't have zero.
Be careful with these guys! We took them two identical Samsung 40" monitors for repair. One would not turn on and one had a broken LCD screen. They said the broken screen was beyond repair and they could dispose of it, and they said nothing was wrong with the other one. We picked up the "good" one. When it came time to hook it up, we realized they had given us back the one with the broken LCD screen. We called them and they said that they gave us the right one and that we must have broken it after picking it up. Funny thing ... read more
