I can only suggest and hope Ian Hunter and his company Hurtob Homes never try to build again . To call them selves builders or renovators is a disgrace . I’m not sure if they were ever any good at what they do but his time is well and truly up . Too old can’t manage a building project and the quality is below par on so many levels My renovation was to be 16 to 20 weeks and is still not near completion 18 months later I believe he has gone insolvent thank god . We hired Hurtob Homes to complete a renovation on our home. At the start things went well, however there was very little communication on when trades were coming onsite. When mistakes happened there was no recognition of these and blamed everyone else. When it came to the end of the works the finishes in certain areas were very poor and and the builder was annoyed that I was asking for these to be fixed. The builder did not take our concerned seriously. Very unprofessional with communication.
