Stay clear of this hospital, the private room i stayed in was filthy including dried blood stains on fittings. Staff were rude, clearly in some cases inexperienced and lacked bedside manner. If you need help following surgery for pain don’t expect it with any sense of urgency. Their complaints management process is dismissive and dishonest. If you are a private patient paying huge premiums for health cover go somewhere else.
What has happened to this hospital? I have stayed 6 times, and the last two were nightmares. No blankets, no change of sheets, no cleaning of the room or bathroom, spilt urine was left to pool on the floor for 7 days and never cleaned up, even after complaining. The stench was horrific. The food was sub-par, cold, no variety, and dietary needs were not met. No water to drink.
