Outstanding care from Dr James Dozzi I can’t speak highly enough of Dr James Dozzi at Hurstbridge Medical Centre. He is truly exceptional — especially with children. He has a kind, gentle manner that immediately puts kids (and parents!) at ease, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about his patients’ wellbeing. The doctors here are ok for referrals but not much else my 80plus mother has been attending here for years and the doctor isn’t aware on any of her visits to hospitals : falls / dimensia diagnosis : I have had to put my mum in a home nearby and the Dr I am dealing with is shouldn’t be practicing . Has no knowledge of anything in last 5 years of my mums condition / bout only thing I can see on her records are C19 shots and that’s it . She’s been admitted to hospital on at least 3 occasions and he knows nothing .
Hurstbridge Medical has now become my regular doctor. Reception is lovely and accommodating, I spoke with Jasmine. The doctors are also great and always running on time. Great experience!
Dr de Jong very understanding and listens very well and is very thorough about medical issues
Started here after researching for a long time to find a good medical center. Found Dr. Victoria Smith, who has got to be one of the, if not the best doctor I have ever seen. Caring, understanding, listens well and is an excellent doctor. The receptionists are also very attentive both in person and on the phone. So lucky to have found them.
