As an adult who has been terrified of the dentist after a very traumatic experience several years ago, I cannot fault each and every staff member of the Hurstbridge Dental group. From the moment I walked in the front door I was treated kindly. Careful explanations of what was to happen and having a listening ear truly reassured me. A great team.
Really friendly receptionist and dental nurse - regularly checking in to see how I was during the procedure - and Dr Norman is reassuring and lets you know what he’s doing and explains things clearly.
Great experience. Fitted me in on short notice and dealt with my broken tooth very quickly and professionally.
