Have to pay $5000 for "design workup" which is essentially a retainer as it doesn't cost $5000 to create a work-up estimate and drafting design-- if you don't like it- you're out the $5000. Does not know the products he promotes- promising and not producing satisfactory results--shoddy workman-ship. Unable to stay within a promised budget and complete project within estimated time-over 6 months and still waiting for project completion.
