Genuine, straight shooter, but non judgmental and supportive! She's stuck by me through thick & thin. I have the exact opposite opinion than the other reviewer about her motives. I fell far behind on my bill and she was incredibly patient, so long as I communicated frequently & honestly. She should’ve dropped me by any reasonable business standard, but was fully committed & invested in helping me straighten out my life & progress towards well being. Did not take notes, did not remember anything we said even within the same appointment. Does not have a plan or strategy for helping you, wastes time with small talk. Does not seem invested in her profession, only present to collect a paycheck.
My daughter was going through a tough time. Thought it was strange that this Doctor would schedule you after 6:00 or 7;00 pm. My daugbter amd I cancelled once and forgot once. Got a bill in the mail for 100.00 bucks. I have never been billed for a canceled appt. Being a single mother ad a widow, I found this offensive. Should I send jer a bill for her being late or fkr just wasting our time? The dr wasted no time sensing me to collections. I do nitw recommend this woman. No way.
