Always welcoming!! They do an amazing job.
Dr. Hurst has been great, two in our family have had Invisalign and one had braces. Everyone has been pleased not only with the results but also the overall experience. The office staff is great to work with for scheduling and payments. In the multiple years we have been going I don't believe we have ever had to sit in the waiting room more than 5 or 10 minutes before the kids were called in for their appointments. Simply one of the best dental practices that I’ve had the pleasure of utilizing. They are more like a family dentist than anything. They are very professional and truly care. They sent a birthday card to my son signed by everyone and they greet us by name as soon as we entered the office which means they put effort into customer service and support. I live in Menifee and drive all the way to Carlsbad because of the service and treatment they provide.
Hurst Ortho is nothing short of amazing! I am extremely impressed with their patient care & the thoughtful little "perks" they offer when starting the expander &/or braces journey. Their staff is amazing, very accommodating & I love how they come up with fun, little monthly quizzes/games/raffles/etc. to occupy patients during office visits while playing great music throughout the office.
