Zero stars is more appropriate for this TERRIBLE company. - they take advantage of ANY loophole in law to charge penalties and interest on anything they can. - they BREAK the law and take advantage of residents lack of knowledge to disregard health and safety and fire safety regulations. DISGRACEFUL!! I’ve lived in my owned flat for 6 years and it’s the WORST management company in the UK. Egotistical maintenance managers who take it personally when you make a complaint.
