We have used Hurst Lending several times over the last few years for refinances, new homes and rental homes. Each time, Scott, Jennifer and team have done an outstanding job. Most recently, we bought a new home and it could not have been an easier process. At the closing, even our closer commented that our financing fees were very low compared to other ones she sees. We will continue to use them in the future.
Hurst Lending was an answer to prayer! Allowed us to buy our dream home while we were still remodeling our home to sell - plus allowed us to save $ with an equivalent-to-cash offer - plus close quickly! The interest we paid during the "bridge loan" was greatly offset by the reduced purchase price that the loan helped us to negotiate. Additionally, Jay and his team are super responsive and helpful. Jay and his team were very competent and professional throughout my loan process. Everyone knows that you have to provide a ton of information in the process but they asked for everything upfront and followed up as soon as they were aware of any missing items. We had minimal correspondence in the last 2 weeks prior to closing as everything was wrapped up. Our title company and real estate agent enjoyed working with them as well. I highly recommend Hurst Lending for your next loan.
