Jay and his team were very competent and professional throughout my loan process. Everyone knows that you have to provide a ton of information in the process but they asked for everything upfront and followed up as soon as they were aware of any missing items. We had minimal correspondence in the last 2 weeks prior to closing as everything was wrapped up. Our title company and real estate agent enjoyed working with them as well. This was my first time purchasing a home. I cannot say enough positive things about Brandon and Meagan. They made the process so extremely simple and were very diligent about getting everything done efficiently. (we had a 30 day closing) I came into this not knowing a lot about the process. Brandon was always there to answer any questions I had and always made sure I understood every part of the process.
