EDIT 10/2025: Everyone here should know about the backhand practices of this business. Granted my experience here was years ago, but I’ll leave my original review below to show that I had put my trust in this business with a 5 star review that’s reached over 1500 people, and was rewarded by learning they purchased cheap non-OEM parts I’ve since had to replace so they can maximize their profits while charging me OEM prices on top of their high labor costs. If you are looking for a fast & honest mechanic that is wonderful, this is the right place. Ben stayed in communication with us, and once he got the ok, things were fixed quickly. I can't say enough good things about everyone that works there!
Hurst Imports has serviced our Lexus twice in the past few months. First for spark plug replacement and brakes. Secondly, for strut and shock replacement. Both times, the work was done perfectly and without any surprises. The turnaround time is very good, the communication was handled well and the prices are on the less expensive side. We will continue to take our vehicles to Hurst Import.
Took my 2008 tundra here and they did a fantastic job, very quick and friendly people. Will always come here to fix my truck!
Hands-down, one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. I had another place Tell me that I had multiple things wrong with my vehicle that needed to be immediately replaced and so I came here to get a second opinion and instead of charging me, they assured me nothing was wrong and didn’t try to take advantage of me when they easily could have.
