I found another gem here at Hurst Import Car Repair & Services. I used to work on my own vehicles but now I no longer have the tools (weekend warrior only). Plus, Mercedes-Benz needs to be pampered with specialized tools. I am so glad I chose these folks to work on my Mercedes-Benz. Pulled up and was confronted with "Have you made an appointment with us because we are appointment only." He asked me to pull around and talk to the receptionist. That's completely understandable, fine with me. I said no and he asked what's wrong, so I told him the window won't roll up. It's probably the window regulator which is a common issue. I brought my car in after the check engine light came on for a second opinion. I informed them of the diagnostic information previously provided by Volvo. I am not sure whether they performed their own independent diagnosis, but they told me it was a gasket issue, consistent with what Volvo had previously mentioned. If you ever need any maintenance or repairs done on your Honda or Toyota vehicle, than look no further than this mechanic shop. The people that work here, especially Ben, are very nice, very honest, and are very good at what they do. They get the work done surprisingly quick at a reasonable cost, and they're really good on communication and keeping you updated with the status of the repair or maintenance on your vehicle. I highly recommend this mechanic shop to anyone that needs any work done on their Japanese brand vehicle

Family owned, honest and knowledgeable. We've been going there for years. Moved to Haslet in 2019 and still driving to Hurst to get our cars serviced.
