This had to be the WORST customer service I have ever had. The "Manager" I spoke with was the rudest woman I have ever spoke with in this industry. I had called asking about a product that I was told came from "Hurth". She was so rude because she couldn't understand what I was saying - so I spoke so slow that she could. she then said "This is a sales line, don't call back again" and hung up on me.
