I've replaced 7 windows and put on at least 8 screens. Hurst Glass has been very good and responsive. Their response time is good and they know what they are doing. Very happy with their service. Give Jerry a call and he will fix you up. Very satisfied customer here.

I have been using this company for many years. I replaced all of the windows in my 1897 Victorian home with their glass. They always get the measurements correct, they package the glass quite well so I can get it home safely, the pricing is very reasonable, their product is twice as good as low as an example, and their people are very courteous and accommodating. as a contractor, we have also use them on our jobs per shower glass as an example and they do a great job. I can’t say enough good things about this outfit.

My rating is based on their online customer service. In my second custom screen order (first order was fine), the package was delivered and the screen frame was broken and bent. I know it's not their fault because it most likely happened during delivery. My frustration is when I emailed them several times and the person I contacted eventually said they would send a new screen. I waited for two weeks and sent several emails but no response. I've called the store several times and the person I talked to says they don't handle ... read more
