Bob was extremely helpful and kept me in the loop on the entire process of pricing, oil change, new tire, tire rotation and also making me aware of a potential issue. It shows how great the team is there too. This is my 2nd experience st Hurst.
We arrived with a flat tire. They fixed it in 45 minutes. The service was excellent, and they saved our holiday by getting us back on the road as planned.
Took care of us with our rental needing tires. Very good service and nice people that work there.
Last month, I was on a road trip with a gal pal when we ran over some tire debris that was on the highway mid-trip that loosened the underbody cover and made it drag. Thankfully this happened during the day time and Hurst was open to help us out. We stopped in and asked if they would take a look and they promptly took the car in and secured the cover for us, no questions and at no charge.
