Very friendly staff and Dr. She wanted to make sure everything was right. I completely recommend this place to anyone. I can say they accept BCBS as well as Humana Gold Medicare. You need to call them to ask about any other insurances. I went to the Hurst location inside the NorthEast Mall. It's a tiny office between Dillard's and Lens Crafters.
