Excellent boiler - Awesome Techs Problem is with service dept mgr. not returning communiques in a timely manner and not being upfront about billable service hours. (i.e. 3 techs to do 1 tech job! [2 techs were trainees]) For over 2 decades of having this company service our small boiler this is a first and last!!! We CANNOT afford to be a training facility!!!
Terrible boilers. Tube leaks in 4 months. Inspector recommended they change tubes they welded the casing to (yes they welded casing to the tubes. They didn't change it now those tubes are leaking and they say the warranty is over after 11 months. Shady company with awful designs.

I came from New Jersey almost 1000 mile empty to pick up big giant boiler and it looks like shipper never got paid for their boiler and it’s a $2 million worth boiler and I got sent by Landstar and they did double brokerage and after sitting five days here, they denying to pay me so there is nothing to do with the shipper. Shipper is great but just be careful from Landstar specially Juan Ortiz from Houston, Texas Agency.
