Jeff has been very good to work with. He has managed our financial/retirement portfolio for a number of years, and has put together our tax returns. Overall, we have been pleased with how he has worked with us and our financial situation. We normally meet quarterly to review our retirement status and make any adjustments if needed. He was great until, I referred my husband. Taxes were done in April never heard recieved anything 7 months went by. The most frustrating thing was every time you call IRS it is an hour or more wait. Multiple hours and time calling IRS to find out what happened. We had to talk to many IRS employees just to get to the bottom of everything. They were rejected. We tried calling, emailing the company and no response. Finally get a call back from Jeff 2 or 3 weeks later and apparently he did recieve a rejected email 7 months ago. ... read more

Jeff is very personable and friendly. He has been a great family friend for a long time, and I think very highly of him. I was however, very disappointed by the way I was treated by his secretary over the phone. I simply called to follow up on the status of my taxes. She was belittling, very rude, and made me feel stupid for even calling. I hope this experience isn't the case for all his clients.
